Certification and legislation

Quality management system, authorisation to manufacture equipment for potentially explosive atmospheres and other documents our company complies with.

ISO 9001:2016

ZAM-SERVIS s.r.o. holds a quality management system certificate according to ČSN EN ISO 9001:2016 for: development, manufacture and service of industrial electronics products for normal and hazardous (Ex) environments; installation of technological structures in the electrical, mechanical and construction fields.

The certificate was issued by Systémové certifikace s.r.o., accredited management system certification body no. 3209. A copy of this notification can be provided to anyone demonstrating a legitimate interest.

ATEX

ZAM-SERVIS s.r.o. holds the Quality Assurance Notification FTZÚ 01 ATEX Q 005 issued by the Physical-Technical Testing Institute in Ostrava-Radvanice.

The Physical-Technical Testing Institute, notified body no. 1026, in accordance with Article 21 of Directive 2014/34/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 26 February 2014, notifies that the manufacturer's quality system meets the requirements of Annex IV of the Directive, “Conformity to type based on quality assurance of the production process”, and at the same time the requirements of Annex VII, “Conformity to type based on product quality assurance”.

A copy of this notification can be provided to anyone demonstrating a legitimate interest.

SÚJB

We carry out activities involving radionuclide sources under a licence from the State Office for Nuclear Safety, including consultancy on radiation protection.

Take-back of electrical equipment

We contribute to the take-back of electrical equipment. End-of-life appliances do not belong in municipal waste — complete (non-dismantled) equipment must be handed in at a collection point listed at www.retela.cz, at the last seller or on the websites of other collective systems.

By leaving used electrical equipment at the correct place you allow it to enter the environmentally sound treatment process resulting in proper processing and recycling. The recycling fee is included in the product price.
