Conclusion of contracts

A delivered order, draft contract or contract becomes an offer under Civil Code No. 89/2012 Coll.

A contract based on a submitted offer (order) may be concluded only in writing, signed by a person authorised to conclude contracts on behalf of ZAM-SERVIS s.r.o. That person is solely the company's managing director or a representative authorised by them in writing.

Any form of confirming receipt or approval of a document, order, draft contract or contract other than a physical written signature on paper by the authorised person above does not constitute conclusion of a contract or its amendments.

Structure of the contractual terms

The contractual terms are divided into two groups. The first covers the general terms of purchase for the sale of our products, governed by the purchase contract, and installation and service, which relate to the contract for work. The second covers the general terms of purchase applying to our suppliers.

Buyer — customer

For all products except photovoltaic systems, the buyer is always an entrepreneur under Section 420 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll.

For photovoltaic systems, a consumer under Section 419 of Act No. 89/2012 Coll. is also included, with consumer warranty terms available for download.

Out-of-court dispute resolution

In the case of the online shop, the body for out-of-court proceedings is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (ČOI), website www.coi.cz.
